Outcome

The Board of Directors of Metronic Global Berhad wishes to announce thatthe resolutionset out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 30 November2016 was duly passed at the Company's EGM held today, 15 December 2016.

The voting in respect of all the above resolutiontabled was carried out by way of a poll, the results of which were validated by Sharepolls Sdn Bhd,the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose.

The detailed results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
