Metronic GlobalBerhad ("MGB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that at the 14th Annual General Meeting ("14th AGM") of MGBheld today, all the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of 14th AGM dated 28April 2017, were duly passed by the shareholders of MGB.

The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by SharepollsSdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose.

The details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
