The Board of Directors of Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd("Perisai" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") of Perisai dated 30October 2019were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were validated by Mega Business Consultancy, the independent scrutineer appointed by Perisai.
