Outcome
The Board of Directors of Oceancash Pacific Berhad ("OCP" or "Company") is pleased to announce that the proposed Ordinary Resolution as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of OCP dated 20 December 2018 has been duly passed at the EGM held on 7 January 2019.
The Ordinary Resolution was voted by poll and the result of the poll was verified by SME Advisor Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by OCP.
