The Board of Directors of Vortex Consolidated Berhad (formerly known as SKH Consortium Berhad) ("VCB") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of VCBhad, at the Extraordinary Annual General Meeting ("EGM") of VCBheld on Thursday, 3 January 2019 approved all 3 Ordinary Resolutions and 1 Special Resolution as set out in the Notice of the EGM contained in the Circular dated 7 December 2018.

The results of the poll were duly validated by Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineerappointed by VCB.
