The Adjourned Tenth Annual General Meeting (Adjourned 10th AGM) of MQ Technology Berhad (“the Company”) will be held at the Conference Room of the Company, Plot 86-B, Lintang Bayan Lepas 9, Bayan Lepas Industrial Park 4, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang on Friday, 8 November 2013 at 10.30 a.m. to consider the Resolutions No. 2,3 and 4 that were not considered at the Tenth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27 June 2013 pursuant to the Order of the High Court granted on 26 June 2013. The Notice of the Adjourned 10th AGM dated 17 October 2013 is attached.
