Outcome
The Board of AT Systematization Berhad ("AT" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 28 August 2017, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 1 August 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders by way of poll.
The results of the poll were duly verified by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the independent Scrutineer appointed by theCompany.
Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
