The Board of Directors ofMexter Technology Berhad("MEXTER") ispleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the ThirteenthAnnual General Meeting ("13thAGM") dated 31 July2017were duly passed at the 13thAGM of MEXTER held earlier today.

All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 13th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Business Solution Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
