On behalf of the Board of Directors of GD Express Carrier Bhd ("GDEX"), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the shareholders of GDEX have, at the extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) held today, approved the resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 4 May 2017.
The resolution was voted by poll and the results were validated by Boardroom Business Solution Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by GDEX.
