The Board of Directors of GD Express Carrier Bhd (“GDEX” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the resolutions as prescribed in the Notice of the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting (“13th AGM”) of the Company dated 28 October 2016 were duly passed by way of poll at the 13th AGM of the Company held at Hall 10, Tingkat 7, Ideal Convention Centre (IDCC) Shah Alam, Jalan Pahat L15/L, Seksyen 15, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Tuesday, 6 December 2016. The results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Business Solution Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
