Outcome

The Board of Directors of Green Packet Berhad wishes to announce that the following resolutions set out in the Notice of 13th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 18 November 2014, were duly passed at today's AGM:


1. To approve payment of Directors' fee of RM330,750/- for the financial period ended 30 June 2014;

2.To re-elect Mr. Puan Chan Cheong who retires in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association;

3.To re-elect Mr. Boey Tak Kong who retires in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director for a cumulative term of nine (9) years, to continue to serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company;

4.To re-appoint Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Haji Omar Bin Abdul Rahman who retires in accordance with Section 129 of the Companies Act, 1965 and has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director for a cumulative term for more than nine (9) years, to continue to serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company;

5. To elect Mr. Tan Kay Yen who retires in accordance to Article 92 of the Company's Articles of Association;

6. To appoint Auditors and to authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration;

7. Authority to grant options to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Mr. Tan Kay Yen; and

8. Authority to empower the Directors of the Company to issue shares pursuant to Section 132D of the Companies Act, 1965.

Note: The audited financial statements is meant for discussion only, as the provision of Section 169(1) of the Companies Act 1965 does not require a formal approval of the shareholders for the Audited Financial Statements. Hence, this item is not put forward for voting.
