On behalf of Notion VTec Berhad (“Company”), Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that at the extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) of the Company held today, the shareholders of the Company have duly approved all the resolutions set out in the Notice of EGM dated 31 January 2017 by way of poll.

The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
