Outcome

The Board of Directors ofNotion VTecBerhad("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting ("14th AGM") dated 30 January2018were duly passed at the 14th AGM of the Company held earlier today.

All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 14th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
