The Board of Directors of Techfast Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("15th AGM") of the Company were duly passed atthe 15th AGM held today.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
