Outcome
The Board of Directors of Elsoft Research Berhad (“theCompany”) wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 14th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 28 April 2017were duly approved by way of poll at the 14th AGM of the Company held on 22 May 2017.
The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
The independent scruitineer appointed for the verification of the poll results is Messrs. Value Creator Consultancy.
