On behalf of the Board of Directors of Daya Materials Berhad ("DAYA"), we are pleased to announce that at the FifteenthAnnual General Meeting ("15thAGM") of DAYAheld on 11 June2018, the shareholders of DAYAhad approved all the resolutions referred to in the Notice of the 15thAGM dated 30 April 2018.
All the resolutions were determined by way of poll and the results of the poll were validated by the Independent Scrutineer, Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd.Please refer to the attachment on the results of the poll.
