The Board of Directors of Solution Engineering Holdings Berhad("the Company") is pleased to announce that all theresolutionsas set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 30April 2019were duly passed at the AGM held on 28 May 2019.

The resolutions were decided by way of poll voting at the AGM. The results of the poll validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company are as per attachment.
