Outcome
The Board of Directors of XingHe Holdings Berhad ("XingHe" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of 14th Annual General Meeting ("14th AGM") dated 30 April 2019 were duly passed by way of poll at the 14th AGM of the Company held on 12 June 2019.
The results of the poll were validated by Messrs Chuah & Partners, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
