NEXTNATION COMMUNICATION BERHAD (“NCB” OR “COMPANY”) On behalf of the Board of Directors of NCB, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company will be held at Ballroom 1, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Jalan Kelab Tropicana, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor on Thursday, 19 September 2013 at 9.00 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions as set out in the Notice of EGM as attached herewith. Kindly take note that only members whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of the Company as at 12 September 2013 shall be entitled to attend, speak and vote at the EGM or appoint a proxy/proxies to attend and vote instead of him/her.
