The Board of Directors of Scicom (MSC) Berhad wishes to announce that save for Proposed Ordinary Resolutions 1, 8 and 9 which were withdrawn, all other resolutions set out in the Notice of the FifteenthAnnual General Meeting ("15th AGM")dated 20 October 2017, were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 15th AGMheld at Banyan Meeting Room, Ground Floor,Sime Darby Convention Centre, 1AJalan Bukit Kiara 1, 60000 Kuala Lumpur on Monday, 13 November 2017.

The results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
