The Board of Directors of ConnectCounty Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") of the Company held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 16th AGM, dated 30 April 2019, were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company.

In relation to Ordinary Resolution 7, it has been withdrawn as the Board of Directors had received a notification from Mr. Ng Keok Chai stating that he did not wish to seek for re-election as Director of the Company. Therefore, Mr. Ng Keok Chai shall retire from the office of the Board upon the conclusion of the 16th AGM.

The voting in respect of the resolutions were carried out by way of a poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
