The Board of Directors of Eduspec Holdings Berhad ("Eduspec" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that except for Resolution 2, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 10th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 3rd March 2014 were duly passed by the shareholders at the 10th AGM of the Company held on Tuesday, 25th March 2014 at 10.00 a.m.

Resolution 2 pertaining to the re-election of Datuk Yaacob Bin Wan Ibrahim as Director of Eduspec was withdrawn because prior to the 10th AGM, Datuk Yaacob Bin Wan Ibrahim had notified the Company that he is not seeking for re-election at the 10th AGM.
