The Board of Directors of AppAsia Berhad ("AppAsia" or "Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting ("14th AGM") dated 30 April 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the 14thAGM of the Company held on 1 June 2018. The results of the poll were validated by Quantegic Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 1 June2018.
