The Board of Directors of AppAsia Berhad ("AppAsia" or "Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("15th AGM") dated 30 April 2019 were duly passed by way of poll at the 15thAGM of the Company held on Saturday, 1 June 2019. The results of the poll were validated by Quantegic Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 3 June 2019.
