The Board of Directors of Frontken Corporation Berhad is pleased to announce that at the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13th AGM") of the Company held on Tuesday, 30 May 2017,the shareholders of the Company have approved all the resolutions as set out in the Notice convening the 13th AGM dated 25 April 2017.

All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the13th AGM.The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd,the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the pollresults are set out in the attachment.
