The Board of Directors of Frontken Corporation Berhad is pleased to announce that at the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting ("14th AGM") of the Company held on Thursday, 24May 2018,the shareholders of the Company have approved all the resolutions as set out in the Notice convening the 14th AGM dated 30 April 2018.

All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the14th AGM.The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd,the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the pollresults are set out in the attachment.
