Outcome

The Board of Directors of Silver Ridge Holdings Berhad ("SRHB") wishes to inform that the proposed resolutions as set out in the Notice of the FourteenthAnnualGeneral Meeting ("14th AGM") of SRHB were put forth to the shareholders for voting at the 14th AGMheld on Friday, 29 November 2019.

The Ordinary Resolutions 3, 4and 5and the Special Resolution were carried. However,the Ordinary Resolutions 1, 2, 6 and 7 were lost.

The results of the poll were duly validated by Wensen Consulting Asia (M)Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by SRHB.

Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
