Outcome

The Board of Directors of Diversified Gateway Solutions Berhad (“DGSB” or "the Company")wishes to announce that the shareholders of DGSB have approved all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Eleventh Annual General Meeting ("11th AGM") dated 29 July 2016, at the 11th AGM.

The voting in respect of the Resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Supreme Capital Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by DGSB.

Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
