Outcome
The Board of Directors of Diversified Gateway Solutions Berhad ( DGSB or "the Company")wishes to announce that all the resolutions except for Resolution 3 tabled at the Company's TwelfthAnnual General Meeting held on 14 September 2017 wereduly passed.
The voting in respect of the Resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Quantegic ServicesSdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by DGSB.
Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
