The Board of Directors of Sanichi Technology Berhad ("Sanichi" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice ofThirteenth Annual Meeting ("13th AGM") of Sanichiwere duly passed by the shareholders of the Company, by way of poll, at the 13th AGM of the Company held onFriday, 8 June 2018.

The results of the poll were validated by Sharepolls Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by Sanichi.Details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
