The Board of Directors of Sterling Progress Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to the 13th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Company held today, 29 November 2018 wereunanimously carried.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Value Creator Consultancy, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
