Outcome
The Board of Kelington Group Berhad ("Kelington" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 13 November 2018 was duly passed as Special Resolution by way of a poll at the EGM of the Company held on Friday, 7 December 2018 at 10.30 a.m.
The result of the poll which was validated by Mega Business Consultancy Division, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, is set out below.
