The Board of Directors of EA Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Resolutionsas set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”), were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the fully virtual EGM held on Thursday, 11 November 2021.
