Outcome

The Board of Directors of Malaysian Genomics Resource Centre Berhad ("MGRC" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting ("14th AGM") of the Company dated 19 October 2018were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 14th AGM held today.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.

Details of the results of the polling in respect of all resolutions at the 14th AGM are set out below.
