The Board of Directors of Inari AmertronBerhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 16 December 2016 have been duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll which have been validated by the Scrutineer, Quantegic Services Sdn Bhd, are set out in the Appendix A attached to this announcement.
