Outcome
The Board of Directors of Boilermech Holdings Berhad ('the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Ninth Annual General Meeting ("9th AGM") dated 19 July 2019 were duly passed by way of poll at the 9th AGM of the Company held earlier today.
The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the 9th AGM is attached herewith.
