Outcome

The Board of Directors of iDimension Consolidated Bhd. ('ICB' or 'the Company') wishes to inform that all of the resolutions as per the Notice of the Court Convened Meeting ('CCM') dated 23 December 2021 were duly passed and approved by the shareholders of the Company at theCCM held today.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.

Details of the results of thepolling in respect of all resolutions at the CCM are set out below.
