Outcome
The Board of Directors of iDimension Consolidated Berhad wishes to inform that all of the resolutions as per the Notice dated28 April 2017 were duly passed and approved by the shareholders at theSeventh Annual General Meeting of iDimension Consolidated Berhad.
All of the resolutions consideredwere voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
