Sedania Innovator Berhad (SIB) wishes to announce that all the 4ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of SIB's Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) dated 2June2017 were duly passed by shareholdersat SIB's EGM held today, Monday, 19 June 2017.

The voting on the 4resolutions were carried out by way of a poll, and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by SIB.

Thedetails of the results of the poll are as set out in the attachment.
