Sedania Innovator Berhad ("SIB") wishes to announce that all the 6ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of SIB's 4thAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 25April 2018 were duly passed by shareholdersat SIB's 4th AGM held today, Wednesday, 23 May 2018.
The voting on the 6resolutions were carried out by way of a poll, and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by SIB.
Thedetails of the results of the poll are as set out in the attachment.
