Outcome
On behalf of Perak Transit Berhad ("Company"), we are pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Tenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 24 April 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the AGM held on 23 May 2019.
The result of the poll which was validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
The detailed results of the poll are set out in the table of "Voting Results" below.
