On behalf of Perak Transit Berhad ("Company"), we are pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Ninth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 25 April 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the AGM held on 24 May 2018.

The result of the poll which was validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
