CABNET HOLDINGS BERHAD ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 5th Annual General Meeting (“5th AGM”)dated 28 May 2020 were passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll voting at the 5th AGM held today, except for Resolution 1 which was withdrawn.
In this respect, Mr Tan Boon Siang had withdrawn his offer for re-election at the 5th AGM due to personal reasons. At the close of the 5th AGM, Mr Tan Boon Siang retired from office as a Director of the Company in accordance with Clause 133 of the Company Constitution.
The results of the poll were validated by NEXT SECRETARIALWORKS SDN. BHD., the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose. The detailedresults of the poll are as follows:-
