The Board of Directors of Revenue Group Berhad wishes to announce that the resolution set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 8 November 2019 has been duly passed by way of poll.The result of the poll which have been validated by the Scrutineer, Coopers Professional ScrutineersSdn Bhd is set out in the Appendix attached to this announcement.
