The Board of Directors of Nova Wellness Group Berhad (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 29 October 2019 were duly passed by way of a poll at the AGM of the Company held on Wednesday, 27 November 2019 at 10.00 a.m. The results of the poll which were validated by Cik Sofiah Binti Jasni, the representative from Sharepolls Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, are set out below:-
