The manager of the Fund, i-VCAP Management Sdn Bhd ("the Manager") wishes to announce that the proposed special resolution set out in the Notice of Unit Holders' Adjourned Meeting enclosed in the circular to unit holders dated 8 August 2019 was duly passed by the unit holders of the Fund by way of poll at the Unit Holders' Meeting held at Meeting Room 1, Level 8, Block B, Plaza Zurich, No. 12 Jalan Gelenggang, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 5 September 2019.

The results of the poll were validated by Malaysian Issuing House, the scrutineer appointed by the Manager.
