The Twenty-Ninth (29th) Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company will be held on Thursday, 21 August 2014 at 10.30 a.m., or immediately following the conclusion of the Twenty-Third (23rd) Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held at the same venue on the same day at 10.00 a.m., whichever is later, or at any adjournment thereof, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions to give effect to the proposed shareholder mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature. The notice convening the 29th EGM as attached herewith will be published in the "New Straits Times" newspaper on Wednesday, 30 July 2014.
