The 25th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Thursday, 18 August 2016 at 10.00 a.m. The notice convening the 25th AGM as attached herewith will be published in the 'New Straits Times' newspaper on Wednesday, 27 July 2016.

Outcome

We wish to announce that all the resolutions asset out in the Notice of the 25th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 18 August 2016 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by AMMB Holdings Berhad.

The details of the results of the poll are as per enclosure.
