Outcome

We wish to announce that all the resolutions asset out in the Notice of the 26th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 31 July 2017were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Boardroom Business Solution Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by AMMB Holdings Berhad.

The details of the results of the poll are as per enclosure.
