Outcome

The Board of Directors of Malayan Banking Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 13March 2019 and tabled at the 59th AGM of the Company held today, 11 April 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said AGM.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Deloitte Risk Advisory Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
